Welcome to OrBite, a directory by InfinityTechnologiesLLC that helps you discover local food trucks and mobile food vendors. These Terms & Services govern your use of the App. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using OrBite (the "App"), provided by Infinity TechnologiesLLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Services. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
OrBite is a directory that helps you discover local food trucks and mobile food vendors. The App displays vendor information such as location, menus, and self-reported sanitation scores. We do not sell, prepare, or deliver food, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a food truck.
Food truck operators may create accounts to manage their vendor profiles. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Temporary passwords must be changed promptly and must not be shared.
Vendor details — including location, menu, pricing, and sanitation scores — are entered and maintained by the respective food truck operators. OrBite does not independently verify this content and makes no guarantee as to its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
Vendors must keep their profiles appropriate for a general audience. No graphic, explicit, or violent content, and no vulgar, obscene, or discriminatory language may be posted in profile details, menus, descriptions, images, or any other vendor-supplied content. OrBite may remove or hide content that violates this standard, suspend the account, or take further action at its discretion.
Sanitation scores shown in the App are self-reported by vendors and reflect an inspection-style rating on a 0–100 scale mapped to letter grades. These scores are provided for general guidance only and are not a substitute for official health-department ratings or your own judgment.
Vendors may choose to share their GPS location. Availability, accuracy, and recency of location data depend on the vendor and your device. OrBite is not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from incorrect, stale, or unavailable location information.
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse it, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, attempting to access another vendor's account, or scraping data without authorization.
The App may link to third-party services (such as mapping and social media). OrBite is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrBite and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or any vendor content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
